Ingredients:
- 4 lemon slices
- 150g of ice cubes
- 35ml of rock sugar syrup
- 2g of dragon fruit juice
- 150ml of jasmine green tea
- 50g of lychee flesh
Instructions:
- In a shaker, add 4 lemon slices, 50g of lychee flesh, 2g of dragon fruit juice, and a small amount of ice cubes. Muddle until combined.
- Then add 150ml of jasmine green tea, 35ml of rock sugar syrup, and 150g of ice cubes. Stir well and serve.
荔枝柠檬茶
材料:4片柠檬,冰块150g,冰糖糖浆35ml,火龙果汁2g,茉莉绿茶150ml,荔枝果肉50g
做法:1.雪克杯中加入4片柠檬,50g荔枝果肉,2g火龙果汁,少量冰块,捣压成泥。
2. 接着加入150ml茉莉绿茶+35ml蔗糖糖浆+150g冰块,搅拌均匀即可。
Lychee Iced Jasmine
Ingredients:
- 150g of ice cubes
- 20ml of rock sugar syrup
- 200ml of jasmine green tea
- Lychee flesh, as desired
Instructions:
- In a shaker, add fresh lychee flesh and ice cubes. Begin to muddle.
- Continue muddling until the lychee flesh is in a state where a straw can extract its juice.
- Add 20ml of rock sugar syrup and 200ml of jasmine tea to the shaker.
- Shake the shaker vigorously until well mixed. Serve immediately.
荔枝冰茉莉
材料:冰块150g,冰糖糖浆20ml,茉莉绿茶200ml,荔枝果肉若干
做法:1. 雪克杯中加入新鲜荔枝果肉再加入冰块,开始捣烂。
2. 果肉捣烂至吸管可以吸出的状态
3. 加入蔗糖糖浆20ml,茉莉茶汤200ml
4. 雪克杯中摇晃均匀即可
