During our exploration of tea and alcohol pairings, we unexpectedly discovered that Jasmine Baiya blended with vodka creates a drink even more enjoyable than some of the finest teas. This is due to the tea’s clean, sweet flavor, which enhances rather than overpowers the vodka, while still maintaining a delicate jasmine presence.
How to Prepare:
Add 9 tea bags of Jasmine Baiya to one bottle of vodka.
Steep overnight, then strain out the tea leaves to create a tea-infused vodka.
Cocktail Recipe:
Muddle fresh cucumber juice.
Add 40ml jasmine-infused vodka.
Pour in 30ml brewed tea.
Mix with 20ml rock sugar syrup.
Add ice, shake well, and strain into a glass.
Enjoy a refreshing, floral, and smooth tea cocktail !
